In his new role, Chandan Kar will oversee a broad portfolio of strategic functions, including Brand, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, AI-led initiatives, Revenue, and Customer Centricity. His mandate will focus on aligning brand strategy with business outcomes, strengthening market positioning, and driving integrated growth across the organization.

He will also lead efforts to build a cohesive brand narrative, deepen stakeholder engagement, and deliver integrated communication strategies tailored to modern homebuyers and investors.
