Sudhir Kamath, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nazara Technologies, has decided to step down from his position.
In a regulatory filing, the company mentioned that he has tendered his resignation in order to relocate to his native city to be with his family.
“The company has accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from his responsibilities with effect from April 1, 2025,” it stated.
Before joining Nazara Technologies, Kamath served as 9stacks’ CEO and Co-founder, from June 2017 to October 2022.
Prior to that, he worked with the Scrabble Association of India as President, from May 2016 to May 2022. Previously, he was associated with Suntera Energy as Managing Director, between October 2009 and May 2017. In the past, he was also associated with SUN Group Private Equity and McKinsey and Company.
