Aakriti Agarwal has joined Glance as Vice President – Strategy and Operations. She took on the role in May 2025 and brings over 13 years of experience across e-commerce. At Glance AI, she will be leading strategic and operational initiatives as the company expands its AI-driven offerings across consumer experiences and content discovery.
She was most recently at Myntra, where she served as Chief of Staff – CEO’s Office from March 2024 to May 2025. From 2015 to 2024, Agrawal held several roles at Flipkart, including Director, Associate Director, and category lead across large appliances and home.
Earlier in her career, she worked at HelloFresh in New York from December 2016 to September 2017, and began in consulting.
