Mehul Agrawal has stepped back from his operating role at Cars24, where he has served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. He has transitioned into a board role, where he will continue to be associated with the company in a strategic capacity as it advances its global growth ambitions and business expansion.
Agrawal has shared the update through a post on LinkedIn, reflecting on his journey of building the company from its early days to a multi-billion-dollar business operating across geographies. He has highlighted the company’s recent milestone of achieving its first globally profitable quarter and indicated that he will remain closely connected to the organisation in his new role.
Prior to this, Agrawal has been serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Cars24 since August 2015, based in Gurugram, a role he has held for over 11 years. Before that, he has founded and served as Managing Director at FabFurnish from March 2012 to July 2015. Earlier, he has worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from July 2009 to 2012, with experience across Mumbai and Sydney. He has also completed a stint as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley between April 2008 and June 2008.
