MegaCorp Ltd. has appointed Loveena Kansal as Executive Vice President – Business Head, as per official announcement made on April 22, 2026. As per media reports, she will be based in New Delhi and will lead the company’s business strategy while overseeing the development of its digital-first lending platform, reporting directly to the Board.
The company has stated that the role will focus on strengthening its NBFC operations and advancing AI-driven lending initiatives as part of its growth strategy.
Kansal has brought over two decades of experience across banking, insurance, and NBFC sectors. She has previously worked with organisations such as Max Life Insurance, IndusInd Bank, RBL Bank, and Religare Finvest, where she has led digital transformation, platform-led growth strategies, and partnership-driven business models.
She has also served as a strategic advisor to fintechs and NBFCs, contributing to business transformation, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies. Her experience has spanned embedded finance, digital banking, retail lending, and micro-SME financing.
MegaCorp has indicated that initial priorities under her leadership have included launching a diversified lending portfolio, starting with salary advances and electric vehicles.
