Maneesha Khanna has stepped down from PepsiCo, bringing to a close a 13-year stint with the food and beverage giant during which she held several leadership roles across media, analytics and transformation. She announced the move via a heartfelt LinkedIn post.
Most recently, Khanna served as Senior Director – PepsiCo Global GCC Media Hubs Lead, Strategy & Transformation, a role she took on in September 2023 and held until May 2026. In this capacity, she led strategic initiatives and transformation efforts across PepsiCo’s global media hubs.
Prior to that, she was Director – Global Design Lead, Media, Data & Commercial Capabilities from February 2023 to September 2023, following a tenure as Marketing Director – Audience Strategy & Consumer Data, North America between January 2022 and February 2023.
Earlier, Khanna spent nearly five years as Director – Marketing Analytics & Technology, Global Media Centre of Excellence, serving from September 2017 to April 2022. She joined PepsiCo in June 2013 as Associate Director – PepsiCo India Media Lead, a position she held until September 2017.
Before PepsiCo, Khanna was Head – Media at Nokia from January 2012 to June 2013. She also spent more than a decade at Lodestar UM, where she served as Media Director from June 2001 to January 2012.
