L’Oréal has elevated Saksham Sharma to Head Of Media, L’Oréal Luxe Division and L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division. He was previously the Senior Manager – Digital Marketing at the company where he led digital marketing for Matrix, Biolage and Cheryl’s Cosmeceuticals.

With over a decade-long journey across brand, media, and digital marketing, Sharma has also served as Brand Engagement Manager at Philip Morris International (PMI) , where he led nightlife engagement for North and West India and championed tech-led brand experiences for legal-age smokers. He also drove digital transformation to scale program efficiency and engagement.
Prior to PMI, Sharma spent over five years at Philips in various digital marketing roles. He led award-winning campaigns for categories like male grooming, mother and child care, and sleep and respiratory care. Notably, he spearheaded the India CRM rollout and managed digital ecosystems across both B2C and B2B verticals.
He began his career at Videocon d2h, where he was part of the Special Projects team. There, he contributed to the marketing strategy for FC Goa, the Indian Super League football club, while also managing financial and market intelligence reporting.
