Danone India has appointed Joywin Fernandes as Head of Media, Digital and E-commerce, strengthening its leadership across integrated consumer engagement and digital growth. With a strong background in media strategy, digital transformation, and cross-category marketing, Fernandes is expected to play a key role in advancing Danone India’s digital and e-commerce capabilities.
Fernandes joins from Mondelēz International, where he spent over six years, most recently serving as Consumer Experience Lead – Non Chocolates & Ecommerce from August 2022 to January 2026. Prior to this, he was Consumer Experience Lead – Biscuits, Beverages, Gums and Candies (India, Bangladesh & Nepal) from December 2019 to August 2022.
Earlier, he was associated with McDonald’s as Head of Media (West & South) from May 2015 to December 2019. He also spent five years at Madison World, serving as Account Controller from April 2012 to May 2015 and as Senior Media Planner from June 2010 to April 2012.
