Intelligent Community Management has appointed Bhupendra Jha as Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth and provide strategic direction.
The company has strengthened its leadership structure as it has focused on expanding capabilities, improving service delivery, and driving long-term growth. The appointment has come as ICM has continued to scale its operations and deepen its expertise in integrated workplace management.
Jha has brought over 17 years of experience in scaling businesses, expanding market presence, and building customer-focused solutions. Prior to joining ICM, he has been associated with SmartQ and has held roles at ICICI Bank, Citibank, and HSBC, where he has worked across strategy, revenue growth, and commercial operations.
ICM has continued to expand its presence across corporate and industrial facilities, infrastructure, and campus ecosystems, where demand for integrated and technology-enabled solutions has increased. The company has been operational in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra, and has begun expanding into Tamil Nadu and Telangana as part of its growth plans.
The company has also strengthened its service portfolio through Nibble, its food services vertical, which has delivered corporate dining, meal production, and cafeteria management supported by technology-led operations. This has reflected ICM’s focus on building adjacent capabilities beyond facility management.
ICM has continued to invest in its “People, Process, Technology” framework, enabling execution across large-scale environments while focusing on efficiency, cost optimisation, and workplace experience improvements. The company has aligned its offerings with evolving enterprise needs as it has scaled its operations.
