How Brands Celebrated Father’s Day 2021 With Creative Campaigns

With Father’s Day being celebrated on the 20th of June, this year, brands came up with creative campaigns to pay tribute to the one who stands by us through thick and thin. Brands have taken to showing us how father’s support us in modern times with the world becoming more and more digital as the days go by. Let’s view some campaigns that brands have taken up in promoting Father’s Day 2021.

Acko Insurance

The brand rolled out a campaign film that talks about how roles change over the years but the care that a father has and the bond that is shared does not change as the years go by. This light-hearted Father’s Day film takes on how we grow up to become dads to our fathers in due course of time.

Parle Products

The company conducted an engaging contest and asked individuals to share their best memories with their fathers on their social media handle. The response garnered was quite nostalgic with people sharing their memories which Parle went on to showcase on Father’s Day.

Netflix India

The OTT platform also launched a Father’s Day rap song which featured content creators, Aishwarya Mohanraj, Samay Raina, Aakash Gupta and musician Sajeel Kapoor. The Father’s Day message incorporates bits from shows aired on the platform and delivers a message in a very millennial tone.

MDH Spices

The company launched a social media contest where one must upload a selfie with their father and his favourite dish while tagging their media handles. The winner of the contest will receive Rs.1000 via Paytm and the contest is open till the 26th of June.

ICICI Lombard

ICICI Lombard has rolled out a digital film that encourages fathers to ride a two-wheeler only after wearing their helmets. This campaign is an extension to the companies messaging of riding safely to its target audience.

Manforce Condoms

With the lockdown being ensued in the country, Manforce addresses how you may be having fun at home but it’s always a better idea to use protection if you do not want to land up in a tricky spot. This new video campaign celebrates Father’s Day in a unique manner with the concept revolving around #BetterEndings.
