Hindustan Times has launched HT Shop Now, a social media-first platform that offers curated shopping tips, expert picks, and buying guides in the lifestyle category. The platform will be available on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
HT Shop Now is aimed at consumers who rely on social media for product discovery, reviews, and inspiration. The platform will include short-form videos, product reviews, carousels, expert guides and tips, and celebrity insights, covering topics such as fashion, beauty, travel, health, and home decor.
HT Shop Now will feature curated picks and guides created by journalists and trend analysts, providing an alternative to generic reviews. Influencers, brought on through Hindustan Times venture Affluencr an influencer-commerce ecosystem will create reels to help users discover products. It will also work with e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, and Amazon, and support both established and emerging brands in reaching social media audiences.
