HDFC ERGO General Insurance has appointed Maitri Tank as Assistant Vice President, Digital Business Group. She announced her new role via LinkedIn.
Tank joins the insurer following a brief stint at Publicis Groupe, where she served as Associate Director – SEO from January 2026 to May 2026.
Prior to that, she spent more than seven years at Puretech Digital, progressing through multiple leadership roles in search and organic growth marketing. She was most recently Group Head – Organic Growth Marketing from April 2025 to November 2025. Before that, she served as Senior Business Manager – Search Engine Optimization (SEO) from June 2022 to July 2025.
Earlier in her tenure at the agency, Tank held the position of Project Manager – Search Engine Optimization (SEO) from April 2021 to May 2022, after serving as Assistant Project Manager – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) from November 2019 to April 2021.
She began her journey at Puretech Digital as Analyst – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), a role she held from July 2018 to October 2019.
