FMCG major, Emami has completed the acquisition of a 59.69% stake in IncNut Digital, bolstering its presence in India’s fast-growing personalised beauty and personal care segment.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated that IncNut has now become a subsidiary of Emami. The acquisition of the remaining stake of 0.31% i.e.1064 equity shares of IncNut will be completed, as per the terms of the Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement.
IncNut is the company behind Vedix and SkinKraft, two brands focused on delivering personalised beauty and wellness solutions. Vedix leverages Ayurvedic principles and data-driven diagnostics to create customised haircare and skincare regimens, while SkinKraft offers dermatologist-designed skincare products tailored to the unique needs and profiles of individual consumers.
The acquisition strengthens Emami’s presence in a rapidly expanding beauty segment.
