Dixit Chanana Takes Charge As MD- India & North Asia At Toluna

Dixit Chanana has been appointed as Managing Director – India and North Asia (Japan and Korea) at Toluna. In his new role, he has been entrusted with leading the company’s operations and growth strategy across India, Japan and Korea, while overseeing business development, client partnerships, market expansion and overall regional performance.

Chanana has shared the update through a LinkedIn post, announcing that he has started his new position at Toluna.

Prior to this elevation, Chanana has been serving as MD, Toluna India since October 2023. He has also held the position of Country Director, India at Toluna since January 2020, leading the company’s India business and contributing to its growth in the market research and insights sector. He joined the organisation in January 2020 and has completed more than six years with the company.

Before joining Toluna, Chanana served as Vice President at Karvy Insights from January 2016 to January 2020. During his four-year tenure, he managed client assignments, business strategy, sales and business development, account management, profitability planning and team leadership across the organisation’s research and insights business.

Earlier, he spent more than a decade at Kantar IMRB, where he worked as Group Business Director from June 2005 to December 2015. During this period, he handled both quantitative and qualitative research practices, including assignments within IMRB Retail and Probe Qualitative Research, gaining extensive experience in consumer insights and market intelligence.

Chanana began his corporate journey at ADI Media, where he served as Assistant Manager – Business Development from April 2001 to May 2005. In the role, he was involved in content production and business development activities, laying the foundation for a career spanning more than two decades in research, consulting and business leadership.
