Delhivery has elevated six senior executives to C-suite roles as the logistics company strengthens its leadership team for its next phase of growth.
The appointments, effective immediately, include Arun Bagavathi as Chief Operating Officer – Network Operations, Prashant Gazipur as Chief Operating Officer – In-city Operations, and Nikhil Ummat as Chief Operating Officer – Engineering and Automation.
The company has also named Sunny Raja as Chief Procurement Officer, Varun Bakshi as Chief Sales Officer, and Vikas Kapoor as Chief Strategy Officer.
According to Delhivery, the leadership changes reflect the company’s focus on building a strong internal leadership bench as it scales operations, expands customer reach and pursues growth opportunities across logistics and commerce.
In their new roles, the executives will oversee key areas including nationwide logistics network performance, last-mile operations, automation infrastructure, procurement strategy, enterprise sales and long-term business strategy.
“These elevations recognise the exceptional depth and quality of leadership we have built within Delhivery over many years. Arun, Prashant, Nikhil, Sunny, Varun, and Vikas have each demonstrated outstanding operational capability and business acumen in their respective domains. As we scale the organisation to serve a larger customer base, manage greater complexity, and pursue bold new opportunities in technology and commerce, it is both natural and important that our most seasoned professionals take on enterprise-wide mandates. I am proud of this team and look forward to what we will accomplish together in the years ahead.” — Sahil Barua, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Delhivery
