Chennai-Based Super Boss Gifts Cars & Bikes To Employees On Diwali

While India is awaiting the festival of lights with bated breath. After a long wait of two years, the season of lights would not have gotten better for employees at this Chennai-based jewellery brand.

Jayanthi Lal Chayanthi, a jewellery entrepreneur based in Chennai has gifted cars and bikes worth INR 1.2 crore to his employees. 18 employees have received a two-wheeler each and 8 of them have got a four-wheeler each.

This super boss surprised his employees on the eve of the upcoming Diwali festival. The company also shared pictures on the social media handle Instagram. They depict how employees were delighted to receive their extraordinary Diwali bonus.

The company stated, “It was a moment of surprise and excitement for the employees of Challani Jewellery Mart. And as a token of that love and reflection, Challani has gone way too forward to reward them with the most prestigious awards in front of their families this Diwali. Totally 19 employees were rewarded with 2-wheelers and 8 employees with cars. A moment of truth, pride, and excitement for all the families that watched this event making it a grand success. Let us wish them more to come this Diwali and going forward.”

When asked about it, the owner of Challani Jewellery asserted that for him, his colleagues and the staff are just like family, who have seen both highs and lows with him, earned profits for him and made the brand what it is today.

He believes that every owner should respect their staff and colleagues by giving them gifts, as they are a token of love and appreciation for their work.

The gifts given to the staff were to encourage their work and add a special touch to their Diwali, this year!

Many netizens took to social media to express their views, conveying high regard for Chayanthi.

Just like Challani Jewellery, the staff at TCS are eyeing a wonderful Diwali with promising bonuses, while WeWork employees have been awarded a ten-day Diwali break to relax and rejuvenate.
