Borosil has appointed Rituraj Sharma as its Chief Executive Officer, effective May 20, 2026, as part of a leadership restructuring approved by the company’s board.
The company also redesignated Shreevar Kheruka from Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer to Managing Director with effect from the same date. Borosil stated that there would be no change in the composition of its board following the appointments.
Sharma, who currently serves as President and Senior Management Personnel at the company, has been associated with Borosil for more than 20 years. Over the course of his tenure, he has led several strategic initiatives spanning category expansion, sales transformation, distribution growth, technology adoption and analytics-led business management.
According to the company, Sharma has played a key role in helping Borosil evolve into a more agile and operationally efficient enterprise. He is a management graduate from the University of Bombay and has also completed a Senior Management Program from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
