Bajaj Electricals has appointed Ashween Anand as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Designate and senior management personnel, effective May 14, 2026. The company said she will be formally appointed as CFO at the ensuing Board meeting.
Anand joins the company from Tata Starbucks, the joint venture between Tata Consumer Products, and Starbucks, where she currently serves as CFO.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, Anand brings more than 16 years of experience spanning finance, strategy, governance, audit, and business transformation. Over the course of her career, she has worked with organisations including EY, Deloitte, Mondelēz International, and Colgate-Palmolive.
In her current role at Tata Starbucks, Anand has led financial planning, treasury, taxation, internal audit, and finance transformation initiatives, while also driving automation, analytics, and technology-led capabilities across the business.
Prior to Tata Starbucks, she held finance leadership roles at Mondelēz and Colgate-Palmolive across India and export markets including Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, along with regional responsibilities at the Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore.
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Anand also holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and has cleared all levels of the CFA programme from the CFA Institute (USA). She was recognised with accolades including Economic Times CFO of the Year 2024 and ET Edge Impactful CFO of the Year 2024.
