Amith S Kumar has stepped into the role of Vice President of Marketing at Netradyne, where he has been leading the company’s marketing function across markets outside North America, including Japan.
Kumar has shared the update about his new role in a post on LinkedIn, where he reflected on the evolving nature of modern marketing and the importance of balancing efficiency with empathy while building meaningful connections with audiences.
Prior to this, Kumar has been serving as Senior Director of Marketing at Netradyne from August 2022 to March 2026. He has also briefly served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the International School of Management Excellence from May 2024 to March 2025.
Kumar has worked at Tecnotree Corporation for over three years. He has served as Director – Global Marketing Communications from January 2021 to July 2022. Before that, he held the role of General Manager – Marketing from January 2019 to January 2021.
Before joining Tecnotree, Kumar has been associated with Oracle as Lead – Sales Programs from October 2017 to January 2019.
Kumar has also spent over seven years at IBM between June 2010 and September 2017. During this period, he has served in multiple roles including Head – Segment Marketing from August 2015 to September 2017, Manager – Enterprise Marketing and Sales Enablement from October 2014 to July 2015, Team Lead – Worldwide Field Enablement from June 2012 to August 2014, and Field Enablement Specialist – Worldwide Public Sector from June 2010 to June 2012.
Earlier in his career, Kumar has worked at Oracle as Senior Business Development Consultant from November 2006 to June 2010. He has also worked at Net4 India as Manager – Enterprise Sales from October 2005 to October 2006, and at Ricoh India as Territory Manager from November 2004 to October 2005, where he has focused on sales and business development for the SMB segment.
