In her statement, Tomar indicated that the decision followed a period of increasing discomfort with internal processes, particularly around how employee salaries and payments were being handled. She suggested that inconsistencies and delays in compensation were among the key concerns that led her to reassess her continued involvement with the company.
While the association initially began on a positive and collaborative note, Tomar explained that over time, the working relationship became increasingly strained. The evolving differences, she noted, were not limited to operational challenges but extended to fundamental issues of trust, transparency, and fairness within the organisation.
Her post also underscored the emotional and professional toll of navigating such an environment, pointing to a growing sense of misalignment between her expectations and the company’s internal practices. Without delving into excessive specifics, she made it clear that the situation had reached a point where continuing the association was no longer viable. Tomar will be returning to the advertising industry, the specifics of which will be ‘updated soon’, as per her post.
