Brands That Have Excelled Influencer Live Streamings For Marketing

Marketing and brand placement have been a very integral part of the growth of any company. How they connected with the consumer base marked the turning point in their lives. However, we have come a long way from print and television ad placement.

Today, Brands have been rolling out creative ways to market their products. Whether it is through guerilla marketing or by making the most famous celebrity their brand ambassador, brands have been doing it all.

However, there is a new trend in the market it seems. For the past few years, brands have been collaborating with influencers who would live stream their videos to their millions of fans.

This gives them an opportunity to spread the word to many in one go. As suggested by Wishpond, here are some of the brands that have done a commendable job when it comes to influencer live streamings.

Make-A-Wish Foundation

The Netherlands branch of Make-a-Wish collaborated with gaming vlogger Yarasky for a live stream of the telethon. This made it one of the most successful influencer marketing done for a non-profit organization.

Royal Caribbean

In 2015, Royal Caribbean ran a weeklong Periscope campaign, following travel influencer Dan Moore as he broadcasted live from five destination islands.

Kohl’s

Kohl’s is an American department store retail chain, operated by Kohl’s Corporation. In 2016, the company partnered with vlogger ItsJudyTime to promote their Black Friday sales on Facebook Live.

Mashable

Mashable is a global, multi-platform media and entertainment company. In 2015, partnered with America’s Test Kitchen and chef David Vos to launch a cooking show that was filmed using only a camera phone and streamed live on Periscope. It was termed the ‘world’s biggest dinner party’.
