Justdial has appointed former Flipkart executive Dinkar Ayilavarapu as its Chief Executive Officer (Designate) and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from July 10, 2026. He has been set to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel from August 1, 2026, following the completion of the tenure of V.S.S. Mani as Managing Director and CEO on July 31, 2026. The appointment has been approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 10.
Ayilavarapu has brought over two decades of experience across digital commerce, retail and technology. He has most recently led Flipkart Wholesale, where he has overseen the omnichannel B2B business serving more than one million customers across India. He has also served as Group Head of Strategy at Flipkart. Before joining Flipkart, he has spent 15 years at Bain & Company, where he has worked on large-scale transformation, merger and turnaround programmes for global telecom and technology clients.
The Board has also approved the appointment of Dinesh Taluja as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from July 11, 2026. Before taking up the role, Taluja has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the company.
