Honasa Consumer has appointed Richa Gupta as Senior Vice President, strengthening its leadership team as it looks to accelerate growth across digital commerce channels. In her new role, Gupta will lead the company’s ecommerce business, overseeing growth across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms and emerging digital channels.
She will be responsible for advancing Honasa’s ecommerce strategy, deepening consumer engagement and identifying new growth opportunities across the company’s portfolio of brands.
Gupta brings more than two decades of experience spanning ecommerce, consumer businesses, category management and business transformation. Before joining Honasa Consumer, she held leadership positions at Amazon India, Nykaa and Ekart Logistics, where she played a key role in driving business growth, expanding categories, building strategic partnerships and improving operational performance.
With extensive experience in beauty, ecommerce and consumer-focused innovation, Gupta is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth for Honasa Consumer’s digital commerce business.
