Ogilvy India Elevates Rajneesh Bolia As Chief Innovation Officer

Ogilvy India Elevates Rajneesh Bolia As Chief Innovation Officer

Ogilvy India has elevated Rajneesh Bolia as Chief Innovation Officer, expanding his leadership role within the agency’s innovation and creative technology ecosystem. Boila took to LinkedIn to announce his new role.

Before this appointment, Bolia served as National Head – Creative Technology from July 2023 to May 2026. Prior to that, he held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Creative Tech & Innovation between July 2022 and June 2023. He first joined the organisation as Innovation Delivery Officer in October 2019, a role he held until June 2022.

Alongside his agency experience, Bolia has also been active in entrepreneurial and consulting roles. Between April 2018 and September 2019, he co-founded Frying Pun and simultaneously served as Co-Founder & Director at Shrooms Media Private Limited. During the same period, from March 2012 to September 2019, he worked as an independent consultant.

Earlier in his career, Bolia was associated with Midas Next Media Pvt. Ltd for two years, where he served as Head – Business Relations from June 2011 to March 2012 and as Head – Special Events from April 2010 to May 2011. He also worked at Showtime Events as Executive – Strategic Planning from December 2008 to July 2009.
