Goldmine Advertising has named Lincy George as Head, Talent & Culture, bolstering its leadership bench as it enters a new phase of expansion. George brings close to two decades of experience spanning media, advertising, e-commerce and consulting. In her new role, she will lead people strategy and culture-building initiatives, aligned with the agency’s evolving growth ambitions.
Prior to this, she served as Vice President – Human Resources at Havas Media Network India, where she oversaw talent strategy across multiple agencies and supported teams through key phases of growth and transformation. Her career also includes stints at Havas, Kinetic Advertising (part of WPP), Craftsvilla, and several global outsourcing firms, where she focused on team building and organisational development.
