Story Digital has announced two key leadership appointments as it looks to accelerate its next phase of growth. The company has brought on board Ritvick Bargotra as Vice President – Growth and Chandril Sharma as Creative Director, strengthening both its strategic and creative capabilities.
Bargotra joins Story Digital with a strong background in digital strategy and brand building. He was most recently Associate Vice President – Digital at Leo Burnett India from January 2025 to December 2025. Prior to that, he spent over three years at XP&D from August 2021 to October 2024. Earlier, he also worked at RepIndia as Account Manager from February 2020 to June 2021, and has also been associated with Indigo Consulting, Dentsu Webchutney, Crayons Advertising, and NIIT Technologies.
Sharma steps in as Creative Director, bringing with him a rich and diverse creative journey. He was most recently Creative Director at SocioClout from June 2025 to April 2026, after serving as Associate Creative Director at Interactive Avenues between August 2023 to March 2025. Before that, he was Group Creative Manager at Schbang from January 2022 to July 2023, and Group Head – Copy at Hakuhodo Inc. between November 2019 – December 2021. Over the years, he has also been associated with Creative Factor, RepIndia, FrogIdeas, and Spinny, building a strong portfolio across brands and formats.
With these appointments, Story Digital is doubling down on its intent to blend strategic thinking with impactful storytelling, as it continues to evolve in a fast-changing digital landscape.
