Network18 Media & Investments has reported a 9.7% year-on-year increase in consolidated operating revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, reaching Rs 616 crore. On a sequential basis, revenue has grown 14.2%. For the full financial year FY26, consolidated operating revenue has increased 4.7% YoY to Rs 2,121 crore.
The company has recorded growth despite a decline of over 10% in advertising inventory demand across the TV news industry, while its own inventory consumption has increased 4.5% YoY.
Operating EBITDA for the quarter has stood at Rs 30 crore, with margins at 4.9%. For FY26, EBITDA has remained flat at Rs 44 crore.
Network18 has maintained its position as the leading TV news network in India, with viewership share increasing to 13.8%. Its digital network has reached over 350 million users monthly, while YouTube video views have grown significantly during the year.
The company has also seen growth in its digital and new business verticals, including Moneycontrol’s fintech operations and Creator18, which have scaled during the year in both operational and financial terms.
In digital, the network has remained the top news and information platform in India by reach, with over 360 million monthly users across platforms. Its YouTube channels have recorded over 65 billion views during the year.
During the quarter, Network18 has undertaken structural and business initiatives, including the proposed merger of News18 Marathi with the parent company to streamline operations. It has also introduced a refreshed brand identity for CNBC TV18 and launched News18 Delhi-NCR to expand hyperlocal coverage.
