Hiimaanshu Shindde has joined Zee Music Company as Vice President & Head – Streaming Business, where he has been tasked with building, scaling and driving innovation across the company’s streaming ecosystem.
He has shared the update via a LinkedIn post, expressing enthusiasm about the new role and the opportunity to contribute to the music streaming industry.
Prior to this, Shindde has held multiple leadership roles across music, media and digital businesses. He has been serving as Business Head at Beatchain since September 2025 and has been leading partnerships and enterprise sales for its Indian subsidiary. Since August 2024, he has also been working as Head of Product at MuzartDisco. Additionally, he has been associated with Radio City India as AVP – Special Projects and New Media since May 2023, and briefly served as Product Head at RC SWAPPR from April 2025 to September 2025, where he led the launch of a global podcast distribution platform.
Earlier, he worked as an independent consultant from October 2017 to May 2023. Before that, he served as General Manager – Marketing, Digital Content Services at Idea Cellular from March 2016 to October 2017. His long tenure at Radio City India from April 2009 to March 2016 as Head – Films, Entertainment & Music Content saw him drive partnerships, licensing and revenue growth across music categories. He has also held roles at Pyramid Saimira as Senior Manager – Marketing from January 2008 to March 2009, at Radio City India as Senior Key Account Manager – Corporate Ad Sales from April 2005 to December 2007, and began his career at AFL Private Limited as Senior Executive – Sales from August 2003 to March 2005.
