Times Network has unveiled a new brand identity, marking a key milestone in its journey as one of India’s leading news broadcasters. The announcement was made at the Times Now Summit 2026, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a special message congratulating the network.
The new identity was officially unveiled by Minister of Information and Broadcasting Ashwini Vaishnaw along with Vineet Jain, Managing Director of The Times Group, underscoring the importance of the moment for the organisation.
The refreshed design replaces its legacy look with a more future-focused identity, centred around a globe motif featuring India, symbolising progress, interconnectedness, and the country’s global aspirations. The design also reflects India’s aspirations of becoming a developed nation by 2047, positioning the country as a global beacon of growth and opportunity.
The rebranding comes as Times Network continues to expand its presence across television and digital platforms, strengthening its reach in India and across more than 100 countries. The network aims to further its role in driving meaningful conversations and delivering content that resonates with audiences globally.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the work, saying “As the nation marches towards building Viksit Bharat, the media’s contribution will prove significant in strengthening our unity and sense of purpose.”
“In this journey platforms like The Times Group play a vital role, informing citizens, shaping ideas, strengthening dialogues and amplifying India’s voice on the global stage. A new identity for the Times Network is a forward- looking step that reflects progress.”
Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Railways, Information and Broadcasting, Electronics & IT unveiling the logo extended his wishes to the network, “Congratulations Times Network and wish you all the very best for many more decades. Congratulations on the excellent new logo, it reflects our today’s ethos”.
Sharing his thoughts, Vineet Jain, Managing Director, The Times Group mentioned, “This is far more than a visual transformation. It is a declaration of purpose. It reflects a network that is not bound by geography but energized by connection. This new identity embodies a larger vision of a network that serves as a bridge—between India and the world, and equally, between the world and India.”
He also added, “A network that will present the story, the aspirations, and the possibilities for our great nation, and resonate across the world. A platform where conversations rise above borders, and where the exchange between India and the world is not unidirectional, but constant, meaningful, and alive. We are Times Network — rooted in India, connected to the world, and committed to being the bridge between the two.”
