Pernod Ricard India Elevates Sonia Arora To Director - Consumer Insights

Sonia Arora has been elevated to Director – Consumer Insights at Pernod Ricard India, strengthening her leadership role within the organisation’s insights and strategy function.

Arora announced the move via LinkedIn. 

She has been with Pernod Ricard India since January 2022, most recently serving as Innovation Insights and Planning Lead, where she drove consumer-centric innovation and strategic planning across the portfolio. 

Prior to this, she worked as Director at NielsenIQ from February 2020 to January 2022. She also held multiple leadership roles at Nielsen, including Director, BASES from December 2019 to February 2020, and Associate Director, BASES from August 2017 to December 2019. 

Earlier in her career, Arora was associated with Diageo Group as Innovation Planning Manager from February 2016 to January 2017, and additionally consulted with the company between March 2017 and June 2017. 

She spent several years at Nielsen in progressive roles, including Senior Manager – Innovation Practice from August 2015 to January 2016, Manager – CR BASES Client Consulting from August 2013 to August 2015, Senior Research Analyst – BASES Client Consulting from December 2011 to July 2013, and Research Analyst – Client Consulting, BASES from May 2010 to November 2011.
