Deepraj Hegde Joins Publicis Groupe As Sr VP – Strategic Solutions

Deepraj Hegde has joined Publicis Groupe as Senior Vice President – Strategic Solutions. In this role, he has been responsible for driving strategic solutions by integrating data, creativity, and marketing strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to strengthen brand performance and growth.

He has shared the update via a post on LinkedIn, expressing his enthusiasm about joining the organisation and working with teams to build impactful and measurable work.

Prior to this, he took a career break starting January 2026. Before that, he has served at Ethinos for over three years, including as Chief Strategy Officer from February 2024 to December 2025. Earlier at Ethinos, he worked as Head of Customer Success & Consumer Insights from July 2022 to February 2024.

Before Ethinos, he has spent over six years at MediaCom, where he has held roles including Senior Business Director from October 2020 to June 2022 and Business Director – Insights and Analytics from February 2016 to October 2020. He has also worked as Vice President (Strategy & Analytics) at Everymedia Technologies from March 2015 to February 2016, focusing on digital strategy, analytics frameworks, and brand positioning.

Earlier in his career, he has been associated with Hansa Cequity between May 2013 and December 2014, taking on roles such as Client Delivery Manager and Strategic Account Manager, working on analytics, campaign strategy, and loyalty programs. He has also worked as Assistant Manager (Analytics) from July 2012 to April 2013. Prior to that, he has spent over two years at Hungama between May 2010 and July 2012 across roles in business intelligence, handling data analytics, reporting, and BI implementations.

He began his career at Robust Designs, where he has worked as Business Analyst from April 2009 to May 2010 and as System Analyst from July 2008 to March 2009, focusing on business intelligence implementation and analytics for media and digital businesses.
