Nippon Paint India has appointed Ruchika Bansal as its new Strategic Initiatives Lead for the NP India Group. Bansal brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, investment management, and mergers and acquisitions to the table, making her well-suited to drive the company’s long-term vision and growth initiatives across the region.
Expressing her happiness in a recent LinkedIn post, she announced her new job and her excitement about taking on this role within the Nippon Paint India organisation.
Bansal has been a key part of Nippon Paint since August 2015. She previously worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. In that role, she planned new business moves and growth across India and South-East Asia.
Alongside her main job, she was the Chief Investment Officer at RiseAI Ventures from 2016 to 2023. She is also a Founder Director at Tarvos Consulting Services and an Independent Board Member for Globus Spirits Ltd, PG Electroplast Ltd, and PG Technoplast Pvt Ltd.
Before her current long-term roles, Bansal spent years giving expert business advice. She served as an Assistant Vice President at both Cipher Capital Advisors and Regulus Capital Advisors. Before that, she was a Senior Associate at Meghraj SP Corporate Finance.
Bansal’s early career helped her build strong analytical and leadership skills. This included time spent as a Lead Analyst at Inductis. Prior to that, she worked as a Team Leader at American Express and a Team Lead at Evalueserve.
