Pallavi Singh has exited her role as Head of Customer Experience and Revenue at VIDA World, marking the end of her nearly four-year tenure with the electric mobility brand. In her role, Singh has led customer experience, revenue strategy and digital-led go-to-market initiatives, focusing on building consumer-first frameworks and monetisation through services and platform-led ecosystems.
Singh has updated her LinkedIn profile to reflect her departure from the company, signalling the conclusion of her association with VIDA World.
Before joining VIDA World, she was Marketing Director at BMW India from July 2019 to April 2021. Between August 2017 and June 2019, Singh was the Founding Chief Marketing Officer at Morris Garages India.
Earlier, she spent over seven years at Harley-Davidson India, including nearly four years as Director – Marketing from October 2013 to July 2017, where she led integrated marketing, product and communication strategies, curated India Bike Week, launched key brand IPs, and played a role in expanding Harley-Davidson’s footprint in India, after earlier stints as Marketing Manager and Assistant Manager – Marketing. Singh began her career at India Yamaha Motor, where she worked as Assistant Manager – Marketing from January 2007 to November 2009.
