Paras Mehta has joined IPG Mediabrands India as Senior Vice President.
He was previously serving as Business Head at KINESSO (formerly Matterkind India) for six years, from March 2019 to March 2025, where he led the programmatic solutions division, built strategic partnerships across platforms like Amazon and ITC, and scaled capabilities across performance and analytics.
Before that, he served as Head – Ad Operations at Viacom18 Media, from November 2015 to February 2019.
He spent over seven years at AdMagnet, from April 2008 to October 2015, as Head – Product and Ad Operations. One of the founding team members, he was involved in building the in-house ad server, designing remarketing systems, and integrating with global platforms like Google AdX and Mediamath.
Earlier, he was with Interactive Avenues as Senior Manager from April 2006 to March 2008, where he set up the Ad Ops function and led vendor negotiations and team training.
