Arvind Fashions has informed the exchanges that Shailesh Chaturvedi has resigned from the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, as well as from his role as Director and member of the Board committees, with effect from the close of business hours on September 30, 2025.
The company has stated that Chaturvedi has tendered his resignation citing personal reasons. He has also confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than the ones mentioned in his letter.
