Indian Cricket Team after their brilliant performance during the recent South Africa tour was compared to the supercar Ferrari by their head coach and former Indian player Ravi Shashtri.
Led by Virat Kohli the men in blue ended up wrapping up the entire South African batting order twice in two days and won the match with two days to spare. The Indian team not only made their winning streak in the longest format of the game at home even better but are also leading the ICC World Test Championship with a massive 240 points.
Shastri boasted about the team like a proud coach and referred to the team as Ferrari. He said, “Once you take 20 wickets, with the batsmen we have, if that clicks, it’s like a Ferrari.”
The comparison led to Twitter users using the opportunity to compare some of the other ICC teams to different cars.
If India are like a Ferrari, what types of car are other teams like? 🏎 pic.twitter.com/QlOJZunbM3

Pakistan could be a Lamborghini .. flashy and fast on its day but can go up in smoke parked out in front for no apparent reasons 😂🤣

I’d say England are currently a TVR. Looks good, can be amazing. But often breaks down
