Racing with the digital times and to enhance customer experience, a mobile concierge and a smartphone, which the guests can freely use during the stay, are part of some delightful offers that Novotel Ambassador Seoul is equipped with. The phone is said to be fully loaded with all hotel information, maps and can manage call and message functions even while the customer is exploring the city. Scanning QR codes, remote access to room controls and amenity service requests can also be done through the phone.
The Rooms
The hotel has 523 rooms with ‘ space within a space concept’. Granite stone floorings and walls can be seen throughout the hotel. Iconic Heunginjimun leaves motif to give the hotel lobby, guest rooms, and bathrooms a common connection.
The Food
Keeping in mind the global tourist that Seoul attracts, the all-day dining at the hotel offers a great variety of cuisines. The hotel boasts of 2 bars, a Gourmet bar that serves French-inspired cocktails and a rooftop bar that offers a perfect view of the city skyline while you sip your poison.
