Mountain Dew has always maintained its image as a brand that encourages everyone to go beyond their fears with courage and never give up irrespective of how many obstacles we face. Continuing with the “Darr Ke Aage Jeet Hai” philosophy for this Independence Day, the brand has launched a new song reimagining the iconic “Ye Desh Hai Veer Jawaano Ka” in the voice of legendary singer Sukhwinder Singh.

The song features India’s historic moments celebrating the achievements of real-life heroes like Kapil Dev, Priyanka Chopra, A.R. Rehman among many more. Not only this, it also showcases the work of frontline workers including doctors, police officers, social workers who are giving their all in the fight against COVID-19.
