Mindshare Appoints Kalyan Undinty As Head Of E-Commerce

Mindshare, the media services company that is part of GroupM and WPP, has appointed Kalyan Undinty as the Head of E-Commerce. Before joining Mindshare, he was associated with Reckitt.

Mindshare Appoints Kalyan Undinty As Head Of E-Commerce

Kalyan Undinty has been appointed as the Head of E-commerce at Mindshare. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving Digital Commerce Growth for Mindshare India’s clients.

Previously, he was associated with Reckitt for over eight years. During his tenure at Reckitt, he served in various roles including National Key Account Manager, Marketing Manager E-commerce, Head of E-commerce India, Regional Director E-commerce (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) and Global E-commerce Director.

Prior to joining Reckitt, he was the Sales and Marketing Manager at ITC from June 2009 to December 2015. Before that, he was the Business Development Manager at Bharat Petroleum Corporation from June 2004 to May 2007.

Commenting on Undinty’s appointment, Amin Lakhani, CEO, Mindshare – South Asia, said, “His extensive experience in building and scaling e-commerce businesses will help us innovate and deliver exceptional results for our clients. As brands embark on a journey of growth and transformation, we want to help them leverage the power of e-commerce to redefine strategies and drive tangible value for them. Together, we will chart new territories, and elevate customer experiences in the ever-evolving realm of digital commerce.”

Undinty, added, “It is an exciting opportunity to explore new avenues and create transformative experiences, driving sustainable growth in the e-commerce ecosystem. Together, we will utilise data-driven insights, consumer-centric strategies, and cutting-edge technology to surpass our clients’ and consumers’ expectations.
