This phase of the COVID-19 global pandemic is going to be written in history. And there are few names that will be remembered for long from Kanika Kapoor to Anand Mahindra to Ratan Tata.
Yesterday, Pawan K Goenka, Managing Director, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, announced that Mahindra Group has opened 10 kitchens at several different locations to prepare meals for the needy.
Well, this is quite appreciable from Mahindra Group who already pledged many things to consolidate fight against COVID-19 pandemic.
Pawan K Goenka tweeted, “On clarion call from @PiyushGoyal Mahindra opened its kitchen at 10 locations. We have supplied 50000 meals, 10000 rations this week. Making our kitchen infra available for others to use for up to 10000 meals a day. Please contact @shi_joshi. @MahindraRise”

A few days ago Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra Group, in a series of tweets gave information about donating his 100% of salary to help fight COVID-19.
In one of the tweets, Anand Mahindra wrote, “—We will encourage associates to voluntarily contribute to the Fund. I will contribute 100% of my salary to it & will add more over the next few months. I urge all our various businesses to also set aside contributions for those who are the hardest hit in their ecosystems (5/5).”
