A casual conversation with her father while walking on the busy streets of London sparked the idea of replicating security systems including CCTVs in the Indian continent as well. With the support of her father, her idea turned into a well-facilitated business, as it stands today. Having an entrepreneurial bent of mind from the age of 12 helped Saily reach her goals as she drifted from her family business and took a keen interest in the IT industry in India.

Volksara was developed in 2014 by selling equipment and appliances for cyber-security systems initially. Today it is heavily involved in the IT industry and builds system integrators and helps in improving technological deficits in various fields. Volksara is involved in the Government 100 Smart Cities Plan for India which was launched in 2015.

The company stands at a Rs. 150 Crore revenue as of March 2020 and is hoping to generate double the amount by 2021.
