According to the survey, the price of Vegetarian Thali has descended since the year 2015-16 but the same prices have seen ascended in the year 2019 across the four Indian regions (North, West, East & South).
The study also does not fail to convey that Jharkhand has the cheapest veg thali rates whereas Kashmir and Telangana have the most expensive non-veg thali prices. Look at the image below.

The survey believes that the years 2015-16 are responsible to display considerable shifts in the prices of thalis. A number of improving elements were launched in the year 2014-15 in order to elevate the quality of agriculture sector in order to bring transparency in the food prices.
