GoKwik has appointed Aseem Goyal as Vice President – Business for Kwik Ship, the company’s recently launched AI-powered shipping excellence suite.
In his new role, Goyal will lead business growth, merchant acquisition and operational scaling for Kwik Ship, which leverages autonomous AI agents to predict delivery outcomes, identify high-risk orders before dispatch and optimise shipment routing. The platform is designed to help direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands reduce return-to-origin (RTO) rates and improve logistics efficiency.
Goyal joins GoKwik from Shiprocket, where he most recently headed the company’s South and West businesses after previously leading its enterprise sales function.
He brings over a decade of experience in scaling high-growth startups across the logistics and technology sectors, with expertise in supply chain operations, enterprise sales and merchant partnerships.
As part of his mandate, Goyal will focus on expanding Kwik Ship’s network of partner brands, improving delivery success using GoKwik’s network intelligence, reducing RTO losses and enhancing merchant experience through real-time insights and streamlined post-purchase workflows.
The appointment comes as GoKwik continues to strengthen its AI-led commerce offerings and expand its presence in India’s growing D2C ecosystem.
