Flipkart’s Yatish Bhargava Joins Honasa Consumer As Chief Business Officer

Honasa Consumer has appointed Yatish Bhargava as Chief Business Officer to drive the next phase of business growth across its portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. The appointment was announced via a company statement.

At Honasa, he will oversee brand operations, category strategy, and business performance across all channels, with a focus on scaling omnichannel growth and driving consumer-centric innovation.

Bhargava brings over 17 years of experience across general trade, modern trade, and ecommerce. He joins from Flipkart, where he served in various leadership roles from 2019 to 2025, most recently as Business Head – Home & Furniture. Prior to that, he was Senior Director for Large Appliances and Director – Growth and Supply Planning.

Before Flipkart, Bhargava spent over nine years at Hindustan Unilever, where he held roles including National Customer Marketing Manager – Modern Trade, Regional Sales Manager, and Trade Category Manager.
