Effie Asia Pacific has appointed Cheryl Goh, Group Head of Marketing, Sustainability, Loyalty and Support at Grab, and Dheeraj Sinha, CEO of McCann India, as the Heads of Jury for the 2026 Effie Asia Pacific Awards. They will be part of the judging committee that will lead the jury in evaluating the most effective marketing work across the region.
Goh has been part of the founding team at Grab and has played a role in building the Southeast Asian technology platform since its early years. In her current role, she has overseen marketing across Grab’s ecosystem, including product marketing, communications and growth initiatives, while also managing the company’s sustainability agenda and customer experience operations in the region. Her responsibilities have also included oversight of Grab’s loyalty programmes and their business performance.
She has served on the APAC Effie jury for several years and has been associated with initiatives focused on marketing effectiveness.
Sinha has been serving as CEO of McCann India and has worked with brands across sectors including PepsiCo, Uber, Spotify, Amazon, KFC and Mahindra. His work has focused on using consumer insights and cultural understanding to support brand growth and business outcomes.
Apart from his role at McCann India, Sinha has been an author and podcast host and currently serves as President of the Advertising Club of India. He has also spoken at global industry platforms such as Cannes Lions and has been part of juries at multiple award competitions including the APAC Effie Awards.
The Effie Asia Pacific Awards recognise marketing campaigns that demonstrate measurable business impact and effectiveness. The programme evaluates entries through a multi-stage judging process involving industry leaders from across the region.
