Dharma Productions has acquired Cornerstone’s stake in its joint talent management venture, Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA), taking full ownership of the business and restructuring it under a new identity.
Following the acquisition, the talent management firm has been relaunched as Dharma Collab Artists Agency (DCAA), marking Dharma Productions’ direct control over the agency’s operations and strategic direction. The move ends the partnership with Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment, which had jointly set up DCA with Dharma Productions.
The agency will continue to focus on talent representation across films, music, sports, digital creators and live entertainment, with an emphasis on long-term career management, brand partnerships and cross-platform collaborations.
Leadership remains unchanged post-acquisition. Uday Singh Gauri continues as Chief Executive Officer, while Rajeev Masand remains Chief Operating Officer, ensuring continuity as the company transitions into its new structure.
With full ownership now in place, Dharma Productions is expected to integrate the agency more closely with its broader creative and cultural ecosystem, reflecting the growing overlap between cinema, digital content and talent-led brand collaborations.
The acquisition formalises the separation between Dharma Productions and Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment in the talent management business, with Dharma Collab Artists Agency now operating as a wholly owned arm of Dharma Productions.
