Britannia Industries‘ Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rajneet Singh Kohli, has decided to step down from his role, effective March 14, to explore an opportunity outside the company.
According to a regulatory filing by the company, “The Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed today i.e., March 6, 2025 has noted the resignation of Rajneet Singh Kohli and he shall be relieved from the services of the Company w.e.f close of business hours on March 14, 2025.”
He joined the company in September 2022. Before that he was associated with Domino’s for over four years, as Executive Vice President and COO from July 2018 to March 2021 and then as President and Chief Business Officer from April 2021 to September 2022.
“Mr Rajneet Singh Kohli has decided to resign from the services of the company to pursue an external opportunity. We thank him for the contribution during his tenure as the CEO and member of the Britannia board, and wish him the best in his future endeavours,” said Varun Berry, Executive Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Britannia Industries.
Before that, he was associated with The Coca-Cola Company for over 13 years, between and June 2018, transitioning through various roles including- General Manager Franchise Operations; General Manager Commercial and Market Execution; Director Operations: Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and Senior Vice President: North, West and Central India and Head Premium Products Division for India.
In the past, he was associated with Asian Paints, PR Financial Consulting and Color Steels.
