The year 2025 has been a defining one for India’s digital marketing ecosystem. Brands are increasingly seeking integrated solutions that combine creativity, data, technology, and customer experience to solve complex business challenges. LS Digital, led by Prasad Shejale, founder and CEO , has positioned itself at the forefront of this transformation. With over 1,200 employees across six specialised verticals including media, creatives, data, CX/EX, technology, and UI/UX, the group has executed more than 300 client engagements, demonstrating its scale, agility, and ability to deliver multi-dimensional solutions.
Under Shejale’s guidance, LS Digital has strengthened its reputation as an integrated powerhouse with zero silos. By combining multiple services into single client engagements, the company ensures that marketing and business strategies are aligned seamlessly. More than 50% of the company’s pitches now involve integrated offerings, and over 40% of revenue comes from multi-service solutions, signalling that clients increasingly value holistic, end-to-end solutions rather than standalone services.
Technology and innovation have been central to LS Digital’s growth strategy. In 2025, the company’s AI marketing stack, which now comprises 40 frameworks, tools, and products, became a core part of its service offerings. More than 50% of clients have adopted at least one AI-enabled solution, and revenue from paid AI services has grown over 300% in India alone. From predictive models to AI-generated creatives and advanced audience targeting, LS Digital has leveraged artificial intelligence to deliver hyper-personalised, results-driven marketing campaigns.
Looking ahead to 2026, LS Digital aims to sustain this trajectory of growth. The company plans to increase multi-service adoption to over 40% to 60%, acquire new clients, deepen share of wallet within existing clients, expand international operations, and continue integrating its six verticals to deliver measurable business outcomes. By combining innovation, operational efficiency, and an integrated consulting approach, LS Digital is shaping the future of India’s digital marketing landscape.
Integrated Services Drive Client Growth
On the rising demand for multi-service engagements, Shejale highlighted how LS Digital’s integrated approach has become a differentiator, “If it is anything more than two, we call it integrated. For example, if there are media and data services together, then it becomes integrated. Now, because we strongly believe that the problems that brands are facing in terms of how to grow sustainably, then you need to have that integrated approach. For every two pitches, at least one, that is 50% of our pitches now, are integrated.”
He elaborated on the value of deepening engagement within existing accounts,“More than 40% of our revenue is now derived from multi-service offerings. During the current year, the team has added around 300 plus client engagements. It is not just a client addition, but also how we are adding more engagement into the same client.”
Shejale underscored the impact of LS Digital’s AI capabilities in driving client success and revenue growth,“Since we launched our AI marketing stack, there are nearly 40 frameworks, tools, products, and IPs. More than 50% of our customers are using one or more AI-enabled products. Revenue from AI-based solutions increased by more than 300% this year.”
He detailed the applications of AI across different services,“Whether it is AI research, predictive models, AI-generated creatives for performance, or synapse sync, we are using AI to solve real business problems for our clients.”
Technology and Data Lead Vertical Growth
On the fastest-growing verticals in 2025, Shejale noted the outsized contribution of technology and data,“While all verticals are growing aggressively, tech and data solutions have grown much faster. Even when selling media services, other verticals like AI research and Synapse Sync complement the engagement. CAX, UAX, data, and technology grew year on year by more than 30%.” This growth reflects the increasing importance of integrated technology-led solutions in driving measurable business outcomes for clients across sectors.
Shejale identified three major trends reshaping India’s marketing ecosystem in 2025: the rise of AI and automation, consumer-driven short-form video and conversational commerce, and the rapid growth of retail media and quick commerce“Hyper-personalisation at scale is happening. Smarter advertising using AI is happening. Consumer video and e-commerce retail media are growing rapidly. We are integrating more than two services to solve client problems.” These trends are driving innovation in service delivery, ensuring campaigns are both data-driven and customer-centric.
On changing client expectations, Shejale explained, “There are clients who come with specific demands, but there are clients who come with a business problem. Our integrated consulting team works across all verticals to deliver comprehensive solutions. More than 40% of our customers now have more than one service.” The company’s consulting-led approach ensures that clients initially seeking a single service often adopt a multi-service strategy that addresses broader business challenges.
Shejale highlighted the challenges of scaling a large organisation while maintaining knowledge, agility, and innovation, “Training and retraining is a constant. With over 1,200 people, it is critical that knowledge and new ways of working percolate quickly. Bi-monthly sessions across mid and senior management have become a source of inspiration and knowledge sharing.”
These initiatives have allowed LS Digital to maintain agility, build internal capabilities, and keep employees aligned with evolving client needs.
2026 Growth Targets
LS Digital is looking to build on its strong performance in 2025 and set the stage for growth in 2026.Reflecting on the company’s recent performance, Shejale highlighted the growth achieved over the past four years, “Over the last four years, revenues have grown by more than 28–29% and profits by around 30%.”
On the company’s strategic focus for the year ahead, he emphasised the key priorities,“Our focus in 2026 is on driving sustainable growth through our digital business transformation framework. Integrated efficiencies, acquisitions, new accounts, share of wallet with existing customers, and international operations are key.” Shejale said integrated services and multi-service adoption remain central to LS Digital’s expansion strategy.
Shejale elaborated on the company’s plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, “We are in the market to acquire skills and companies, acquire new accounts and logos, and increase the share of wallet with existing customers.”
On increasing multi-service adoption, he outlined the growth target,“We want to increase revenue from integrated offerings from 40% to 60% next year and integrate more than two services for each client.”
Discussing operational efficiency and innovation, Shejale noted, “We are focused on using technology and developing tools to make operations faster, better, and cheaper, while expanding internationally.”
He also detailed the company’s approach to continuous improvement and innovation, “To lead innovation, we pick trends early, innovate faster, integrate seamlessly, educate clearly, implement for growth, and productise our services. This ensures both our employees and clients benefit from our evolving capabilities.”
Summing up the overall strategy for growth, Shejale said, “Integrated efficiencies, acquisitions, new logos, and share of wallet expansion are all part of our approach.”
Shejale highlighted LS Digital’s commitment to process quality and data security, “We are ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 27001-2022 certified. Standardised workflows, continuous improvement, and error reduction help us better utilise resources and focus on processes and compliance.” Such certifications underscore the company’s ability to deliver consistent quality while maintaining client trust in an increasingly complex digital ecosystem.
On maintaining culture, innovation, and client focus across a large organisation, Shejale said:
“Our core values are courageous, humane, agile, and passionate – CHAP. Courage enables faster innovation, humane ensures people and client care, agile helps pick trends quickly, and passionate ensures execution rigor.” These values guide LS Digital’s approach to client service, employee development, and long-term strategic growth.
