The organisers of the Abby Awards Powered by The One Club | The One Show have appointed Tawana Burnett, Meta Head of Top Accounts & Agencies, APAC, as Jury Chair for the newly introduced Social Content and Influencer Marketing category at the Abby Awards 2026.
Burnett has spent over 25 years working with global brands and advertising agencies across the US, EMEA, LATAM and APAC. At Meta, she has been advising CMOs, business leaders and agency partners on the use of digital and emerging advertising and commerce solutions to drive brand growth.
Prior to joining Meta, Burnett has led product and brand teams at companies including Intuit, LeapFrog, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer. During this period, she has worked on the development and launch of products such as QuickBooks, Listerine, Advil and ChapStick.
Burnett has also been recognised for her work in advancing diversity in business. In 2019, she was featured in Adweek’s Women Trailblazers list for mentoring and investing in companies founded by women and for participating in the #biascorrect campaign aimed at addressing bias and advancing conversations around women in leadership.
She has also been inducted into the Ad Age Global Leading Women Class of 2023 and The List in 2024. Burnett has served as a juror for Spikes Asia and MAD Stars 2024.
In addition to her professional roles, Burnett has served as co-lead for the Singapore Inclusion Council at Meta and has been a member of the IAB Southeast Asia and India Board. She currently serves on the board of the IAA Southeast Asia and the Ronald McDonald House NYC.
