Saurabh Pandey has stepped down as Head of Marketing at HP India, bringing to a close a four-year stint with the technology company. Pandey joined HP in June 2022 and led the company’s marketing function in India during his tenure.
He announced the update via a heartfelt LinkedIn post.
Prior to HP, he spent 12 years and 7 months at IBM, where he held multiple leadership roles across marketing, cloud, consulting and market intelligence. His last role at the company was Head of Marketing – Technology, Cloud, IT Services & Consulting Business, IBM India & South Asia, a position he held from May 2018 to July 2022.
Earlier at IBM, he served in Market Development, Global Markets from January 2017 to April 2018, and before that was Leader – Market & Customer Insights, India/South Asia from January 2010 to December 2016.
Before joining IBM, Pandey was Team Lead at Oracle from April 2008 to January 2010. He also worked as Project Manager at Datamonitor from February 2007 to March 2008, and earlier served as Senior Associate – Industry Strategy & Insight (IBU) at Oracle from February 2006 to March 2007.
With close to two decades of experience spanning technology marketing, business strategy, market intelligence and customer insights, Pandey has held leadership roles across some of the industry’s leading technology companies. His next professional move has not yet been announced.
